Welcome to Onesheet. We build systems of intelligence and portfolio automation infrastructure for the modern investor. By accessing or using our services, platform, and execution layers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.


Acceptance of Terms.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Onesheet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.


Description of Services.

Onesheet provides an Investing Copilot platform that aggregates financial data, social sentiment, and fundamental metrics to allow users to automate portfolio management and execute trades across multiple brokerages.


Third-Party Services and Integrations

To provide our execution and billing layers, Onesheet relies on third-party infrastructure:

  • SnapTrade: We use SnapTrade to connect your Onesheet account to your supported third-party brokerage accounts. By connecting your brokerage, you authorize Onesheet to transmit your configured trade parameters to SnapTrade for execution. You must also agree to SnapTrade’s terms of service.

  • Stripe: We use Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service regarding the secure handling of your payment information.


Account Registration & Billing

Onesheet offers subscription-based plans processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

  • Automatic renewal at the start of each billing cycle unless canceled.

  • Cancel anytime via your account dashboard.

  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

  • The Copilot, Not the Pilot: While Onesheet provides the infrastructure to automate and execute trades, it operates strictly based on the parameters, risk thresholds, and thesis you configure. We do not provide personalized investment recommendations or manage investments on your behalf.

  • Execution Risk: You are solely responsible for all trades executed through our platform via SnapTrade. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of data, nor do we guarantee against execution delays, slippage, or API outages at the brokerage level.

  • No Fiduciary Duty: Onesheet and its employees are not fiduciaries and are not responsible for your investment outcomes.

  • Past Performance: Historical data and backtests are not indicative of future results. Always consult licensed financial, tax, or legal professionals before making investment decisions.


User Conduct, You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws, trading regulations, or third-party rights.

  • Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes (including market manipulation schemes).

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems or our third-party API partners.

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without authorization.

  • Share your account credentials.

  • Use our execution tools to provide advisory services to others without proper licensing.


Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, design, and data structures on Onesheet are the exclusive property of Onesheet Financial Technology Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without prior written consent.


Data Security and Privacy

We take privacy and data protection seriously. All information is encrypted in transit and at rest. When you connect a portfolio via SnapTrade, your brokerage credentials remain secure, encrypted, and are never stored directly by Onesheet.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onesheet Financial Technology Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

  • Investment losses, market losses, or losses due to trading slippage.

  • Errors, delays, or outages in data feeds or third-party execution APIs (including SnapTrade).

  • Unauthorized access to your account.

  • Reliance on our research, social sentiment aggregation, or analysis.


Modifications to Terms : We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of Onesheet after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if your conduct violates these Terms or harms Onesheet, our third-party partners, other users, or third parties.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada (Province of Quebec), without regard to conflict of law principles.
